im not pregnant or anything...but im wondering..if you fell over when your pregnant can the baby feel YOUR pain!like if you hit your head...would the baby feel the pain...just not in its head...if that makes sense?like, if you fell over and landed on your belly...the baby WOULD feel that and know your hurting right?so if you cut your hand, or cracked your head on something, would the baby know about it? or feel it?i still find it well strange, but amazing that another little person can be made and grow and develop in antoher person...strange how we are made!!quite amazing!

_can the baby feel YOUR pain!

I don't have any proof but NO. The only thing that ties the mother and baby together is the umbilical chord which transfers blood. There are no nerve connections in the umbilical chord between the baby and mother so there is no reason fo the baby to feel anything. -
The baby can't feel your pain (99.9999999% sure) but early on they develop their nerves and can feel pain if something happens to your belly. (i.e. bumping into a table fairly hard right where the baby would be)
