i'm wondering what kind of exercise can help me to lose more mass in the thigh area? i'm not just concentrating on the thighs only, but just trying to focus more on the thighs.
anyone who have some tips or 2 on this, please shed some light.

what can you possibly suggest about losing weight?? cardio or aerobics exercises?
i don't have the time to hit the gym as and when i like and i'm pretty busy with my school's work.
i only have a skipping rope,a set of dumbbells at home..i've been using the dumbbells for about 1 weeks though, but i'm pretty sure that the dumbbells arent able to help lose fat...but instead tones some muscles..
i already read the sticky in this topic...about the different types of exercise you can do...which is posted by you i think..i find it pretty useful... cheers for you!
