I'm a 13 year old white male. (In case you didn't know.) I'm about 5'4" and 115 pounds. I want to know how to get a fit stomach and gain muscle in my arms. Anyway can I do this WITHOUT working out 3 hours a day all week? appreciate the advise!

Download new bigger games, and while it's taking ages to download, work out. BLAM!In other words, learn to manage your time, most games do not require you to play them a certain amount of hours, even world of warcraft (massive multi online role playing game) only requires you to do 2 instances a week to have good shit. That can be done in like 3-6 hours of 1 day. that leaves you 6 days to do whatever before you plan to get more good stuff.I dunno if you can do it in actual school, but I homeschool, I just ask for extra work I can do so I won't have to do homework for X amount of days.. Yada yada.Plenty of ways to manage your time. You could probably do push ups etc while playing the gameboy so you don't get bored working out lol.

You could do like I did going from the end of my sophmore to the beginning of my senior year in highschol. and get 600 situps a day. after a while its not really effective.. But, its a hell of a confidence booster. I'm not responsible for what happens to you.

Sometimes there's plenty enough time to have a quick workout while GuildWars loads XD heheheh
That said, while we're at gaming... it has been said (by a bunch of friends who have it and found themselves thoroughly exhausted by the end of a game) that the Wii can give you quite an exercise.

Doing situps while playing gameboy or something is a good idea! lol. Or while I'm waiting for something to load.BTW, is it ok to workout at like...11 oclock at night and go to sleep afterwards? (obviously after my heart-rate calms down)

yeah i used to do about 35 pushups and 120 situps every night b4 bed. just a lil extra somethin to help with wakeboarding... but for some reason i stopped like last month. its hard to get back in the habit lol
