WATUP people. well imma 15 year old MALE and i weigh around 135 and 5"6 tall. so im basically average weight- not too skinny and not FAT at all but now i wanna get bigger in MUSCLE mass. i do sets of pushups constantly and play a lot of baseball and basketball. today i bought that whey protein drink and i wanna kno if theres anything else i could do. i dont wanna be like ARNOLD SHWARTZNEGGER but u kno i wanna hold my own weight. any suggestions

what i do is i get 2, 25 pound dumbells 1 in each hand and 15 curls for bicepsm theni get on my back and do 20 tricep with the 25 pounders and then i do pull ups sit ups dips and reversed dips then i'm done

well, if you want bigger muscle mass then it's going to take time. This is gained by increasing the weight that you lift.If you want a more defined muscle mass it shouldn't take as long as to build up bigger muscles. This is gained by increasing the reps you do yet never increasing weight.

but dont lift anytthing start little then work your way up to see what your can lift and what you cant...
