Hello I was just wondering what are the chances that with a spermicidle condom on, that my girlfriend can get pregnant off of pre-ejaculation?and do girls always get pregnant off of pre-ejaculation?

Precum? spermicide!? condoms!?

Pre-ejaculatory fluid does not normally carry sperm. However, it will pick up any stray sperm left in the urethra if you have recently ejaculated either through sex or masturbation.
If you properly apply a condom when you first get hard and before you are near her vagina, and pull out before you get soft, there should be no sperm to impregnate her. -
Some precum dosnt even contain semen so i mean condoms alone reduce it significantly but make sure you check it for holes every so often and if you find one put on a different one but its pretty low that she would get pregnant

If you have a condom on and it doesn't break then the chances are just about zero especially if you are asking about pre-cum.Pre-cum doesn't have any sperm in it unless there was leftover spern in the urethra from a previous ejaculation.

ok good thank you, what about spermicide substance? it supposed to kill any precum or light leakage? its that 100% effective or not true??
-
It is supposed to kill sperm. Remember precum is just a lubricating fluid and not sperm.

There's no such thing as 100% when it comes to protection. But since it's just precum you're worried about, just keep using condoms and you'll be fine.
