I posted on the board a little while back regarding stretching in order to rid myself of my phimosis. Now I've gone to my doctor and he gave me a prescription for steroid cream which I've been using for about a week. Thing is though, he said I have a really tight frenulum and he said I'll probably need to get a procedure done to snip the frenulum in order to correct the problem. Now that's fine, but I probably won't be getting the procedure done 'til early September. Now I've been going out with my girlfriend for about a month, and we want to try sex for the first time. Thing is when my penis is erect the foreskin completely surrounds the head. Is this going to be a problem? I know that obviously there will be lessened sensitivity, but that's not what I'm worried about. I'm just worried the sex might be painful with the foreskin moving up and down. Anyone have any insight regarding this?

Provided you use a condom you shouldn't have a problem. The only risk is that the forskin gets forcibly pushed back behind the head causing a tear or getting stuck. With a condom, you shouldn't have this problem. Plus you said it's pretty tight already, so I don't see it being an issue
