Yep me again, that annoying guy =(Anyways, is there away to recover faster I guess you could say. I do Morris Dancing have allot of performances practices etc, and it hurts my calfs, is there away I can recover quicker. they're so sore, it sucks.And Calories charts, I'm about 215-220 pounds. of course, I drink Gallons and Gallons of water, so through-out the day probably closer to 235.But it says things like (Curling) 10 minutes burn like 120 calories.Does it mean 10 minutes of straight curling, or 10 minutes of (work out until you can't stop breath work out some more) for 10 minutes. Or Workout as much as you can, and over 10 minutes it will be burning calories?Is this normal, when I jump I land more or less, tip toed and the part of my food just below my toes, I can not land on my heel at all.
