I'm starting to do small but intense exercise sessions five days a week. They last for about 45 minutes and I do hard, pushing running on the treadmill for 20 minutes and 15 minutes of wall pushups. Can I expect anything noticeable in the near future regarding weight and tone if I keep this up?

What can I expect?

You might over work yourself, and cause more harm then good.

What do you mean? By intense I don't mean pushing myself too far, I just mean a normal speed jog then bursts of speed.

I am trying to lose weight, if only little by little.

As long as ur complimenting your workout with a healthy lifestle (or not just stuffing ur face with burgers etc) things should be good.Basic logic dictates that if you burn more calories through excersise or whatever than you acctually eat you will loose weight. The rowing machine or the cross trainer are also worth looking at as they give a more rounded workout than just the running manchine.

Thanks for the replies.I've changed my workout a bit to vary it, but I want some tips and help before I do.I was going to do 15 minutes of running, 10 minutes of wall presses and 5 minutes of ab crunches.I will have a five minute break in between them all. Is this a good way to go to keep in general shape? I'm starting to get a bit of a stomach and man boobs now so I'm looking to get rid

If you weren't on the opposite coast I'd love to hire you as a trainer, sounds very promising.
