I got a question for you all. What should I do to cut my body fat % on my thighs. I dont way alot and im sure I have more muscle than fat but im rather skinny. The only place I can see body fat is really my thighs the most. Is there any exercise I can do (besides my normal running) to get rid of it? Or at least tone the fat into muscle instead? Its really annoying and always wanted a more skinnier ones anyway lol
You can only reduce fat overall, not specifically in one area.
I know what you mean. I am skinny and a bit short for my age, and my thighs are kind of fatty too.
The only thing you can do to reduce fat is start jogging or running on a daily basis, or go to a gym to work out these specific areas, as it's hard to do with common exercises.

You can diet, which is far, far more effective at weight loss than exercise.
