I think I have a new favorite exercise. You know how some movements just come more easily than others? You can really, really push yourself in them everytime. Sissy squats are like that for me. Dunno why I avoided them before, guess I figured that lack of weight wouldn't offer great gains, but god damn, my thighs haven't felt the burn like this in months.

No point to the this post really, just feel good after a hard workout, and wanted to recommend them.
