i have hard small lumps underneath the skin on my penis and they are visual and tend to itch, does anyone know what they are and how to get rid of them?
-
Help please
-
i can take a picture and send it

How big are they? If they are small and whitish, like about a millimetre or so, they are probably sebaceous glands, which are quite normal (but not normally itchy). If the lumps are bigger and redder they could be an allergy or a skin infection.

Take a look at the pictures in the Male Anatomy thread above pls.

yah it was the first one sebaceous glands, is there anyway to get rid of them? like plastic surgery, they are bothersome.
-
No you can't. Most guys have it to some degree.
-
Are you bothered by the appearance or the itching? The appearance is normal, though they will become less conspicuous in middle age. Itching isn't, and perhaps there's another reason for that.
-
yes i am bothered by the appearance and the itchiness.
-
Is it a constant itch? I wonder you have an infection there as well - perhaps a bit of mild jock itch (a fungal infection). You could try putting some anti-fungal cream on it.

I've got them too. i talked to a guy who tried to pop one...DONT DO THAT. i don't know what they are either. some kind of gland or something. I don't really remember. They're supposed to be normal and dissapear in adulthood. Hope this helps, or at least gives you peace of mind.

Sebaceous glands produce sebum, a white greasy stuff that acts as the skin's natural moisturiser. They increase in size at puberty, and gradually decrease again in adulthood, though they won't stop being noticeable until middle age.

haha, i tried a whole shit load of stuff to get rid of them. They only itch when i mess with it, scratching promotes itching. Also its slightly miscolored like a darker shade then my regular skin.

You CAN'T get rid of them, so why are you still trying?
