I posted this is a different forum but it seems dead. Since this is also a health website might as well ask, because recently I haven't been able to sleep on the right times. Even if I stay up for a whole 24 hours, I will sleep that next night at around 10 p.m. and I will sleep for only 4-5 hours.
But later on in the day I will fall asleep again and get about 7-9 hours of sleep. It seems I can only sleep longer during the daytime, this is really bad especially when I'm going though puberty still. Will anti-depressant drugs help ? I am depressed often.
Also when I try to sleep, it seems my brain is going insane and keeps thinking about every little thing and I can't seem to ignore it, IS THIS INSANITY !!!?!??!
