I really want to increase my bicep size because my arms arent very well porpotioned with my body because I havn't really worked them out where I have worked out my upper body/lower body. Besides the dumbbell curls what are other exercises to increase my arms size and how often would I do this for the best and fastest results? Thanks much! ^_^

I'd wait for Helmsman to respond, but even push ups, pull ups, and chin ups help define that area.

Judging by his picture id say so lol, he looks like hes about 300 pounds of solid muscle.
