I usually practice pretty good diet and exercise, but on weekends I tend to party a little hard. Can a few days a week of bad habits doom your progress?

I think it would depend how bad it was. Potentially it could undo all your hard work.

On the weekends I usually drink alot of beer. It takes at least 9 to 10 beers to get me buzzing good, add some late night cheese burgers to the mix and you got my weekend diet. However I usually force my self to run the next day regardless of the hangover.

I am no expert, but I can tell you it's a lot easier to gain weight back then it is to lose weight (or whatever you're trying to do).
So yeah, you're probably just ruining all the work you do during the week every weekend.

Beers so cheep though! I can buy a case or two of keystone lights for the price of nice bottle of vodka. I joined a weights and conditioning class in college, so I hope that will help make up for my weekend benges.
