What everyday exercises can I do? Usually if I don't do a decent amount of exercise, every day, I'll get to the point of not wanting to do it. that's me overall, like even with other things. If I skip a day of sleeping I won't wanna sleep for days, same with games, eating blah.I know I need rest from time to time anyway or I won't make progress, but I know there's some workouts they say do 3/7 days, and I don't know.Like if I do say 10 curls with a 50 pound weight, will I be able to do push ups the next day without losing progress instead of making it? etc.

Everyday exercise

I just build my biceps for fun, I take 2 nine pound weights and do 20 curls with each arm. I'm only 14 and I've noticed my biceps already starting to get bigger. After doing that I hold both weights by my sides. I then swing them out so that both arms are at eye level 90 degrees, I repeat this 12 times. I then lay on the ground and hold my arms out and do 20 reps of flies. I then hop on the treadmill and jog at around 4.5 mph for about 30 minutes. On top of this I play hockey 3-4 times a week.
Trust me, the first couple days are tough, but then it gets addicting and fun. What you can also do is take pictures each day or each 2 or 3 days and see how your body is progressing. If you want more drastic change increase the weight load and/or repetition, but don't overdo it. Building muscle takes time and your body needs recuperation. Hope you have fun, and don't hurt yourself.

Well yeah, my problem exercising isn't doing it. It's the fact, I need to do some kind of exercise every day or so or I will stop.Example, I cannot exercise 3/7 days. But I can exercise 5/7 days. If I go to long without exercising, I will no longer want to at all.5 days is consistent enough I won't stop though. my problem is if I curl 50 pounds 10 times, and have to wait 2 days or even every other day, and that's all the exercise I can do, then I'm going to not do it because of how ill-regular it is.Atm, I only curl 10 pound weights to keep toned etc. but I thought I should put a little more muscle on anyways. But on top of normal exercise I got Morris Dancing practice one a week, English country dancing once a week. Occasional street dances. and contra dancing twice a month. And to add I'm going to have t dance 2 more times a week. So I should be getting plenty of exercise.

Heh. Your idea of fun in a gym would probably leave most people throwing up their last meal.

Yeah, I've experienced it too, often after a big session of squats.
