Im 15 yrs old, i weigh about 108 pounds and im about 5'2". I feel that im really skinny, even though i've taken a bmi thing and it says im normal about 19.8, but i see myself too skinny. I think its just mostly my wrists that make myself look skinny because my wrists are super skinny(about 2 inches but not around), but i also see my waist skinny too. I do work out every week but just doing pushups and crunches, since im sorta afraid that if i lift weights it will stunt my growth. I just need someone to tell me what to eat more of. Please don't just tell me "more carbs" i want to know what food specifically.
And is it ok for me to take protein drinks or pills?
