I've really lost alot of weight since I've started working out 9 / 14 days a week but I still have some to go...
I've had a somewhat outdated wardrobe but its been that way since I havn't bought clothes for my new body size... but how can I measure myself for a size I havn't yet achieved? Is it possible?
Btw anyone really interested in losing weight... stop running. BAD! Go to the gym and hit weights up. Running sucks.
