Cancerous tumor
-
Surgical removal to start.

As sdp says, they will start by removing the tumour by surgery. However, there is usually a sizable chance that the cancer has metastasised - that cells have broken off from the primary tumour and lodged elsewhere in the body, starting new secondary tumours. They will check the likelihood of that by looking at the tumour tissue - they may indeed do that even before the operation, by biopsy. If they decide that metastasis is possible, they will put her on chemotherapy. Cancer chemotherapy drugs are vicious, and to have the best chance they need to be given at as high a dose as the patient can tolerate without dying. She will therefore be very sick from the treatment. Most cancer drugs cause the hair to fall out, and beanies or other suitable hats are welcomed.

Well... crap.. The tumor is gone.. but, they suspect she has some other form...
*sighs*... soo confusing.... plus I don't think her health is sufficent enough for chemo.
