Alright guys/gals, heres the deal.
I work out at my schools gym, we have free weights, bench press stand/bench, Platforms High and low, workout station, including a leg extension, peck deck, pulldown bar/ropes, and I think its called a row? its two handles, both ends have bars extending left and right, as well as down (for triceps, and chest) angled benches. As well as a leg press and rubber bands (for resistance).
I'm growing, so I dont want to put a lot of pressure on my bones, this means absolutely no squats, and don't argue with me about it because I'm stubborn and won't listen.
What is a guaranteed safe workout I could do? I'm looking to build just overall strength. This means speed, quickness, verticle, and upperbody strength.
I'm also underweight, so I'm trying to gain muscle here, I would like not to focus on loss of weight, I know that makes it even harder. my doctor wont allow me to use protein powder because he said its to hard on my kidneys especially while I'm growing.
It would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
