well ive been working out for about 3 years now, and honestly thanks to this forum, ive been able to reach my goals. the only thing that i cant seem to get rid of though, is my gut. that one last frustrating layer of fat that wont go away. my diet (though isnt perfect) is pretty well off. i dont eat fried foods, dont drink soda, i each 6 times a day, small meals, water, etc. my body fat has gone down all the way to 6% but still nothing. ive read a little bit about that hydroxycut thing (thread on the forum/looking it up) but im still iffy about it b/c i hate taking any type of supplements or w/e. i like to keep it natural. anyways though, im kind of stuck as to how to get rid of that gutany help is greatly apprectiated

They do increase in number. They swell and once they reach a certain size they divide into smaller cells ready to swell up again. It's one of the problem overweight people have with maintaining weight loss. They have tons of these shrunken cells ready to swell up at the slightest change in diet, whereas someone who has been skinny their whole life would have to build all these new cells to reach a similar size.

my old gym coach did it the old fasion way...he had these pincer things that he would use to squeeze the fat on three parts of your body, mainly pects, abdomen, and thigh. he would then take the measurements and avg them out and find the number on some chart depending on age/hieght/weight.back on topic though...so does that mean the only way of getting rid of that layer of fat is by getting lypo?? =0
