I'm relatively skinny, 5'6", 120 pounds. Looking on a height/weight chart, i'm actually underweight. But nonetheless. I still need to lose the fat and weight and still keep muscle. I have good metabolism and skinny genes so that's what's keeping me from being 500 pounds. My sleep is pretty fucked up. i don't snack a lot, even if i do, it's stuff like tomatoes or fruits or leftovers. I barely eat fast food or stuff like chips and fried stuff. I don't consume a lot of sugars and sodas. I do cheerleading which is quite vigorous. the only problem with me is the fact that i love to eat. i love food, i love eating. i can and love to cook, so whenever i'm hungry, i'd whip up something. not good. another bad thing is because my sleep is screwed, i'm often tired, and eating makes me even more sleepy, and sometimes i'd sleep, and sleeping after eating is bad. This is why i'm fatty fat fat in the first place. In grade nine, i did a horrible eat then sleep cycle for almost the whole year. sigh. now i have to pick up my mess and suffer the consequences. I know i should eat less, but i just love eating. oh and another thing, i eat when i'm bored. how terrible. i don't eat til the verge of throwing up, but i eat, get hungry, eat, get hungry, eat. i eat like, fifty meals everyday.(not actually). I try to drink lots of fluids, milk, soymilk, sometimes water, (i HATE water), etc. I don't eat a lot of starchy foods, i mainly eat meat (i love meat), salads, veggies, fruits...and that's about it. So i'd think my only problem now is eating. Is there ANY way to curb my love for food?I've tried the 'imagine gross things so you lose your appetite' or whatever, where for example, you imagine that your spaghetti is actually worms and dirtballs in blood or something, but i'm not afraid or grossed out with worms or blood or maggots or whatever the hell else there is. i'm not grossed out easily, so that option is shot.Does ANYBODY have any ideas for my 'problem'?Any ideas of curbing my appetite?

Wtfmate, your problem seems to be that you are underweight yet feel you are fat and need to lose weight. When you think about it, that's not rational, is it? It suggests a problem with self-esteem generally. Perhaps you feel you will be more likeable if you are thinner, or something like that; but actually, it doesn't work that way.
