I have done my research, it's just that all of the sites I've found have DVDs you need to buy and thousands of dollars of equipment which I do not have money for. I can tell you what I do have though: I have a 2 dumbbells, 160 lbs of weights, a 17.5 lb 41/2 foot long bar, and a bench press machine that adjusts to elevated benches. I'm not looking to buy a $2000 Bowflex machine, I just want a long list of difficult exercises that I can do to increase my strength and my muscle mass. I'm willing to go to a gym, but I may not always have a ride.

I have done my research, it's just that all of the sites I've found have DVDs you need to buy and thousands of dollars of equipment which I do not have money for. I can tell you what I do have though: I have a 2 dumbbells (you have to manually add weights on to them), 160 lbs of weights, a 17.5 lb 6 foot long bar, and a bench press machine that adjusts to elevated benches. I'm not looking to buy a $2000 Bowflex machine here, I just want a long list of difficult exercises that I can do to increase my strength and my muscle mass. I'm willing to go to a gym, but I may not always have a ride.

FINALLY, I think I found a workout. Thank god. Ok here's the link for it: http://www.metacafe.com/watch/514640/300_spartan_workout_training_home_version/A guy created a 300 Spartans Workout
-
Dayum. If you can do all that...then..uh... date me? I can't even do anything like that. Imagine what if you were really in Sparta . Suck to be a guy.Are you actually going to do all that?

Oh man, that is priceless. Go to the sites I posted. Do not do that ridiculous 300 routine unless you want to stay the same size you are. I promise you the guy in the vid did not get that big by doing 30 hindu push ups.
-
But he is mighty big
-
In response to that, I want you to go to this website and look at the before and after pictures. Sure, the guy is probably using vitamins, HGH, dietary supplements, etc. But the results are definitely there.

What I've decided to do is sign-up at a gym maybe USA or the YMCA. When I have the chance, go to the gym and workout. My home workout will consist of all different types of exercises and variations from various workout routines. My only question now is to Helmsman and it's that. Am I looking for hidden strength or obvious shown muscle?
-
Helms, can you show me how to get up to the that big 200lb bench press? I think that's my main problem, not having like the overall body strength to do it.
I'll eat as much as I can over the holidays YAY! Haha it's gonna be hard for me though, I have like a stomach as small as an egg. -
Right now, I can only do at THE absolute most for one is 87.5 lbs. My bar weighs 17.5 lbs so thats 70lbs of weights on there. 2 25lb and 2 10lb. As for the other training, I don't even know. Where is your deltoid?
-
Your deltoid is the muscle that makes up the round part of your upper arm at the shoulder. http://exrx.net/Lists/ExList/ShouldWt.html#anchor166631
Click the links for pictures. It has three parts to it, and the one especially relevant to bench press is the anterior (frontal) head. -
What you must do is "consistency". Start slow it is not an overnight thing. If you want to be the best you must play the consistency game. Dieting, Weight Lifting, Stamina, RESTING!!. You can do it bro, take it easy and workout out smart. Develop your core first to increase your total fitness, solid ab workouts should do it.
