I was wondering if anyone ever tried the "over the internet" ED drugs like Cialis and Viagra? They are WAY cheaper than the non-generic stuff, but I don't know if they are actually going to work or not. Anybody ever try these (they are out of India a lot of the times).

Generic ED Drugs?

Generic drugs are normally the same stuff as in the branded medication, and therefore just as effective. Some people are afraid the purity may not be as good. I think usually the purity and quality are fine, but this is a bit different here, because these drugs are still in patent and the generic drug sales are illegal. When you're buying something that is illegal, you don't have any legal guarantees of purity, or even that they are the right stuff.

Thanks for the reply. I know that off-patent drugs in the U.S. are regulated by the FDA, but none of the ED drugs are off-patent. I saw a TV special about adulterated (fake) drugs out of India, but I trust today's mainstream media outlets the least of all. I was rationalizing how they could keep selling generic drugs (even over the internet) if they were not, at least mostly, effective as advertised. I will point out that I also realize (and hope you do too)that the "herbal" stuff with names that are a deliberate misspelling of the original drug are NOT "generics"- they are pure rip-offs for people who don't know the correct spelling of the drug or think herbal stuff can be as effective as the real stuff. These pills are generally 100% ineffective. Stay away from them, by all means.

Just a report back. I got my stuff and used a half Viagra (they gave me 4 free with Cialis order) and yep- they work just fine. I think taking a half tablet (50 mg) about 2-3 hours before action is optimal for me. Haven't tryed the Cialis yet. They work and they're inexpensive. Now to try them after kicking a few beers back- alcohol kills my ability to get it up. Hopefully I can over-ride this alcohol effect.
