So for awhile I been doing crunches and stuff, but it's only building muscle at the top of my abs. Now I understand all of your 6pack is connected or whatever and suppose to be same muscle but it's obvious the top is getting strained more then the bottom of the muscle causing it to grow larger faster.Just in the past 2 days, I been doing exercises that work the bottom part of my abs, but here's the thing. I don't seem to ever feel sore after working with bottom abs.I sometimes feel slight soreness if I stretch sometimes, but mostly nothing. And I know it'll probably take anywhere from 2-4 weeks to actually see if it's doing anything.So I just thought I'd ask, if the exercises are actually doing anything for me, or if I'm doing it wrong, therefore it's not straining me, therefore not going to do anything for me.
