Hello, I am an uncircumsized male. Just recently, I noticed what looks like a cluster of white dots on both sides of my foreskin on the left and right of the frenulum. I've touched the dots and they just seem to be kind of hard, doesn't hurt, no pus or anything.Does anyone know what they may be? Is it normal and should I be worried? It looks like these dots are only around the frenulum to the left and right on the forseskin and not on the above foreskin away from the frenulum. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hi Dude, I'm uncircumcised too. You didn't mention if they were just white spots or whether they were raised similar to a pimple or white head? Are the spots in the same places, right and left, or are they just in the area but randomly placed. They could be some boy cheese (smegma) that you've been missing since its on the underside of your willy. Try running a hot bath then pull your foreskin back and sit there and soak. If your foreskin won't stay back then you'll have to hold it in place. After you've soaked, check out these places again, give them a rub with your finger or wash rag and see what happens.

oh sorry they are raised like really small pimples. they are just in random areas on the left and right of the frenulum on the foreskin.

Please look at the Male Anatomy thread above, specifically Fordyce spots and Tysons glands. TY
