Alright, but I don't exactly agree with your definition though. I would never consider a full blooded Chinese whose fore-fathers immigrated to South America to be "Latino".

Haha, how did the conversation go from Body jewelry to Latinos?
Latinos are hot by the way. XD -
This has the same meaning...
Latino=Latin. My maternal side is Spanish and Portugues while my paternal side is French and Italian -- and Dutch, from the colonization. I'm Latin.

Some kind of hat thing; babies wear them. They were popular in the older days.

Ole frijoles, muchacha! It's time for you to get with the program, lol. We live in the 21st century.Latinos or Hispanic? Originally Posted By: Reen TarLatinos are hot by the way. XD I know.

I hope that's a fake site, really. Because I've never seen so much misinformation in my life.I'd show it to my history teacher, but I don't want her to have a heart attack!

With all due respect, what the fuck are you on about?I know things are different in your corner of the world, but so are things here in this country. Just becuase its different to you, doesn't mean it's wrong. Plus, times have changed.Over here, those of Spanish heritage are called Hispanic or Latino/a. Some Mexicans use Chicano. But I guess it really comes down on how each individual wants to lable themselves as.
-
Man, if you read the site you'd know that its stating that only Spanish people are Latin.

I'm going with Sdp's. And also by this: "a member of any of the Latin peoples, or those speaking chiefly Romance languages, esp. a native of or émigré from Latin America."Latin Union Right here: La Unión Latina es una organización internacional fundada en 1954 por el Convenio de Madrid para promover y difundir la herencia cultural y las identidades del mundo latino.

Sigh, you just don't get it...In the United States, Hispanic is one of several terms of ethnicity employed to categorize any person, of any racial background, of any country and of any religion who has at least one ancestor from the people of Spain or Spanish-speaking Latin America, whether or not the person has Spanish ancestry. Hispanics in the US And PLEASE tell me you understood your last post...

That's hispanic.really, just stop. Stop acting like a douche bag and talk about piercings.
-
BINGO!
-
And a world-renowned union wouldn't change it? Excellent logic, Aristotle!
-
I guess you really can't fix stupid...
