I'm not sure WTF has been going on with me; but although I get the occasional urge to eat bad foods (the urge keeps fading)...every time I do I feel like pure dogshit afterwards, and I find after the first bite that I lose all interest in the flavour after the first bite.Granted, I've been much more motivated to get out of the 'round' shape I'm in (Ideally, it looks as though I should be less than 180lbs at 5'10", whereas I'm around 205...with man boobs lol) but my question is; is this a PHYSICAL reaction to bad food? Or is it a physical symptom of psychological guilt?Lastly...in the end, is it really that bad I find it revolting to eat junk food now?

I would suspect it's psychological guilt. Why should it be bad if it's helping you do what you want?
I'm not sure; but it's getting to the point where I just feel crappy even after eating a full meal (let's say a chicken breast and some rice or something)
But overall I agree, it's not totally bad.
