Healthy Weight?

I'd really appreciate an honest reply, not some silly comment, such as "You're an anerexic!" or "You're bolemic!"BECAUSE, I am neither. I will be in track in the spring and I run a mile every other day. I eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner, including a few snacks after school. If you ask my friends, you'll see that I eat normally.

This calculator gives you a BMI of 14, which is very low. However, we don't know whether you have a light frame. What do you eat in an average day?

For breakfast I usually have A danish, cereal (about 1/2 cup of cereal and 1/2 cup of skim milk), or malt-o-meal (about 3/4 of a cup) a flinstones vitamin, an omega3 pill, and a calcium pill. For lunch I usually have a turkey, lettuce, mayo, and cheese sandwich. [it's ONE sandwich] a snack bag full of chips, a milk, and a brownie. For dinner I ususally have a good helping of whatever is made, such as 1 1/2 cups of soup or 2-3 pieces of pizza. And for a snack I might have a popsicle or a couple bits of chocolate, but it really depends on my mood. I may go the whole day without a snack.

Sorry about that. I'm a female. Kind of difficult to tell with a unisex name....

I think a lot of people have trouble with being underweight during puberty. Mostly because everyone grows different. I myself had a problem with being underweight all through high school but now that I am in college I have started to finally gain weight and am now at a healthy range. (Just to clarify, my diet never really changed either, I still eat about the same amount of food as I did before college)
