Yes, it is important to drink water when losing weight. I believe that statement is true. I've let myself go over the years so i'm working on it. I'm not much of a water drinker, but I am losing the weight and watching my calorie intake and to drink the water I need to help flush my system, I use crystal light to flavor it. the store brands suck and taste like crap, but the Crystal light rocks! Most of their flavors have very low calorie count or are even zero calorie. I'm not to the point of over hydratingby any means, I'm still with in the 10-12 glasses a day.Try the Crystal Light
