Condoms always stop at where my penis is attached to my scrotum (which is high on my shaft). Is there any way to get around this? The condom only covers 2/3 of my penis, and this has always bothered me.

Don't...condoms... unroll?
-
Are you unrolling it all the way? What size condoms are you using? They should be able to roll all the way down, unless you're really long.
-
lol isn't that a contradiction?
They should be able to roll all the way down...unless you're really long...
meaning if you're really long you shouldn't be able to roll it all the way down?? -
I think people are misunderstanding the original poster's problem, which is that the scrotum attaches further up the shaft than usual, so unrolling the condom is stopped by the scrotal skin too early.I can't think of any solution, though.

Why not stretch the condom over your testicles? Just thinking outside the box...
-
it bothers you becasue you're afraid it might come off while you're having sex?...hmmmm...if you're using the right sized condom...or the one you think fits you best...try using it a cock ring and attaching it where the rubber meets your scrotum...that way it stays stationary.

First, I would like to thank you all for your responses.I am not afraid of the condom coming off during sex, as they are tight on me, but I am afraid of the exposed part of my penis during sex. I have about 2 inches of exposed penis that the condom won't stay over (when unrolled properly). Both my girlfriend and I have tried everything, but it just won't stay down there. Also, I am not large, I am average, about 7 inches. It is the scrotal skin stopping the condom.

In terms of contraception, you should be fine. For STDs that are transmitted by semen, you should also be fine. For those that are transmitted by skin contact, such as genital warts or herpes, condoms only ever provide partial protection - obviously a little more partial in your case.
