My girl friend has missed her period now for 3 days, she is on the pill, and swear she is preg. Condom never broke, I dont get how this could get around a non broken condom and the pill.... Should I be going crazy? Is 3 days even a big deal?

Okay going crazy!

Condom and birth control? She says she's pregnant at three days? I doubt it, but crazier things have happened.Stress, poor diet, lack of sleep is just a few other reasons why her period could be late. She should take a test if it's been more than a week.Don't panic just yet.

You have no idea how good it feel to have some one else tell me that. It would really mess up my life if she was.I mean I am man enough to step up and be there, and I would marry her (sorry no child of mine is gonna be a bastard)... It would just kill my shot at going to college next spet.

Doubt she's pregnant... Buy a pregnancy test before you guys start freaking.

A good friend of mine was late three WEEKS in December. Sadly, it was right after unprotected sex, so imagine her relief when it did show up.If I learned anything (and I don't know much) it's that periods are very rarely when they should be.

Welcome to A2A, techman. No, three days isn't a big deal. Stress can easily make it a week late. With an intact condom and the pill, I'd say the chances of pregnancy were zero, and if she is pregnant, it wasn't you.

Techman, glad you stopped by A2A for help instead of just worrying about this. I assume from your comment about impending college that you are still in high school and that your girlfriend is too. It's not unusual for teen girls to have irregular periods anyway and, among other things, stress can screw up her cycle. We've just been through the holidays and perhaps you guys are into exams, she's beginning to realize that with graduation her life is about to make a big change, or lots of other things. And, yes, the stress over a potential pregnancy is the biggest of all.
As has been stated by others, 3 days is not a big deal. You, and she, need to keep calm. If you both used contraception properly, there is little to no chance she is pregnant. But, for peace of mind, why not pick up a pregnancy detection kit from the pharmacy?
