It's totally strange and I wonder if this is normal. When I have a wet dream I never get to the point of actuallyhaving sex. I always either come before having sex or directlyafter sticking it in. I stick it in and then I wake up and knowthat it's time to change my underwear. Is this normal? But actually I also come too early in real life. I have tried everything. Squeeze technique, start stop technique. Nothing works. My PC muscles are not too weak. In school I could hold back pissing for hours. But I simply cannot control coming. The urge to come simply builds up way too fast within just a few seconds. My assumption is that I might be lacking serotonine because low serotonine affects orgasms.Only when I wank 2 times in a row I can go for a while but then it's also not fun because my dick feels like a numb wiener...

Do you also come too early in your dreams?
-
As I recall, wet dreams didn't have much relationship with real life.Is there any other reason why you think you have low serotonin?
-
Yes. I come too early and I am depressed.
-
Have you thought of going on antidepressant medication? SSRIs could deal with both problems simultaneously. The "nasal delivery technology" that is advertised for premature ejaculation is in fact nasal deliveray of SSRI antidepressants.
-
Yes I thought about it but I'm scared of it. SSRI can make you become suicidal and make the depression become even worse. This is what scares me. What if I take it and then totally freak out? I also read that a lot of kids which commit suicide or engage in a massacre were on antidepressant drugs.I never heard of a nasal delivery system, this is cool.Does this only exist against premature-e or also against depression itself?

"SSRI can make you become suicidal and make the depression become even worse."That applies to 4% of adolescents that are on the drug. If the drug is needed to treat depression, the medical community has come to the conclusion that it is better to take the drugs and carefully monitor how they effect an individuals mood than avoid them altogether. In the suicide scare that recently took place it was found that taking all adolescents off the drug was far more dangerous than the drug itself had been. After adolescents, in mass, were taken off the drug the suicide rate for that group jumped 14%. Many adolescents do benefit greatly form the drugs. They shouldn't be avoided out of fear but rather closely monitored to make sure they are not having adverse effects.

but the medical community will not recognize that, as an adult, it is caused by them
The medical community is very mixed about this. It just depends on the doctor really.
-
But even the closest monitoring cannot protect you. You just need 1 bad day where you freak out and then no doctor can help you. Even if you have been on the med for a while and felt good who guarantees you that you will not freak out one day? Noone can guarantee that.

I think you're overestimating the problem. The problem occurs in the first few weeks, when the antidepressant action hasn't kicked in yet, but many of the side-effects are at their strongest. It's not that antidepressants increase depression, but that some people experience significant anxiety at first, which makes them feel worse. It doesn't come in violent swings.

Maybe I will try it but I also read that most ssri make you put on a lot of fat because you get sugar cravings. :frowning:

There are a lot of types of SSRI's around , it is worth going and talking to someone about what is available to help you, each one has slightly different side effects , i can't say though i have experienced heightened weight loss from taking Prozac or an increase for sugar cravings but its worth spending some time with a GP or etc to see what is available.
