Alright... well once upon a time(freshman year)... i had a decent six pack... but only weighed 160 lbs... and i had to bulk up for football... which i did... now im 195 lbs.... mostly muscle... but i did lose the 6 pack.. and since ive had my license for a little over a year and going to mc donalds more i think that had something to do with it lol... but im cutting back on that... im back lifting two times a day with some cardio... my question is should i work out my abs or just hope that i can lose the fat in that area or what?
please help
oh yah and from atleast two hours of cardio a day (except sundays) from mid july to october(football season) i finally started getting it back... then football was over and they didnt open the weight room untill after thanksgiving and its defiantly gone again...

Well to be honest... its not as much about the six pack... im even starting to get a tiny bit of love handles... so im alot more concerned about that... i mean its not really noticable to other people... but it defiantly is to me.. so basically just start running more and hope for the best?
