I know a lot of people go on about their diets, watching what they eat. But honestly most of it is that people eat to much junk food. Drink soda which is rather fattening and drink alcohol which slows down your metabolism quite a bit.But I noticed, if you ever look at the food chart for daily food consumption you're supposed to eat quite a bit.2-3 servings of Milk, Chees-Yougurt2-3 servings of Meat beans or eggs.3-5 servings of Vegetables.2-4 servings of fruits. And finally.6-13 servings of Bread, Cerals, Rice/pastas.That's a day at least according to where I read... That's uh... That's a lot of food. even if some of those are low in calories.

People are meant to eat a lot eh?
-
But you fail to identify the size of a "serving", which most people exceed.
-
Actually, I didn't. You only assumed I did. As I was referring to the people who go on diets and actually pay attention to how much a serving is and make their meals accordingly so.
-
Well you're making a statement here telling me/us that the food chart shows a large amount of food that needs to be consumed. Since I/most people are not going to look at a food chart... your statement means nothing unless the portion size is included.

Food charts are mostly bullshit. If you pay attention to them you will realize that the people behind food charts that fund them to be made and forced on kids in school are often farming organizations.
