well, i could honestly write a whole page on how much this forum has helped me in my gains but ill try to keep it short and sweet...im basically looking for a new work out schedule/excersices. my goal is to have that football type of body. big, built, and strong. and ive gotten used to working out 4 days a wk (mond. tues. thur. fri.) i do realize that i could easily search on google, but quite frankly, i trust you guys wayyyy more then that machine.if anyone would like to post THEIR workout schedule and what they do and what worked for them, i would GREATLY apprectiate it. that or a site they tend to visit to get their routines and what not would be great to!thanks and god bless!
