Im getting a lil worried but not so much...the other day I had to make up a fitness day in school by going to the weightroom (because i had lab). No biggy since im pretty skinny (not fat). I got enough muscle to last a while tho. Anyways. They make us do 20min on the stationary bike thing. Then they do 25 situps on the angled seat, then lower it...then 20 more, and finally 15. Doing them normally is no problem, it is on the angle where it got tuff. I like to push it and pride steps in and yeah. After that I just had to lift like roughly 50lbs in 3 sets of 10 reps and the same for pulling machine on 62.5lbs. I could have done more but I didnt want to push it that much since I wasnt there on my own will. Well, anyways the situps probably got to me (i assume). The next day (1 day ago) I wake up and my stomach is killing me. That day it hurt to breathe. It is ok if I hunch over a little bit. Today if I try and push my body to 180* to the ground it hurts every degree back I go. If I laugh it also hurts. I am praying it is a muscle or something...and hope its not a hernia or something...plus that would be lame for situps...I consider myself in shape since I can run like 5miles a day if I wanted and am not fat so I dont know what it could be. It hurts from a little below the bellybutton and up as high as a few ribs below the pectorals. It hurts if I push on it too. Remember, this is all pain I can fight through, but it is pretty bad. I played a whole game on soccer running and it didnt hurt, but it is only when I laugh or touch it MAINLY when it hurts. I was gonna wait for it to go away but I dont want any risks. There are no bumps or buldges that I can see.

If you don't normally do situps or any repetitive excercises/weights and then you go all out...... Hell yeah, your muscles are going to hurt!!!

Yeah I figured that...and thats why I am not THAT worried. Still, I dont understand how it hurts when I press on a rib (at least I believe thats what it is). I did situps before, but never on an angle so maybe I hit other muscles?

Definitely. You went outside your normal routine and worked muscles that you didn't before. Take some Motrin or some other anti-inflammatory like that.

Lol if that was a picture of you on your avvy a while ago (not the squerile) (never could spell it) :P If that was your pic I could never keep up with your endurance even with pushing it 200% past my limit lol. Im assuming the best way to fight the pain is to go back and demand the same "fitness" from the gym dude again before the pain fully goes away...wont that help? Now im getting excited in a good way rofl
