Hi, im currently hitting the gym 4 times a week for 1-3 hours . I usually do power cleans,curls,bp and skullcrushers and workout my whole body over all. but i do this everyday mostly. is this too much?? please tell me how i can change this and if im keeping my self from gaining... Thanks!

Thank you so much. But i have another question sorry, um how many excersizes should i do for each day . like 3 bicep and 3 triceps for monday? then squats and leg press for tuesday? Also i dont think ill have time for shoulders on the end of the week because i dont go to the gym on sat/sun.... is there a way i can combine to body parts?
