My parents just got a membership to Bob's Gym and are planning on going regularly after the holidays. I want to go and excersize my abs (or the absence there of), my arms some, and my legs. (mainly bulk up my arms a little, get abs, and tone up my legs by running)

In order to achieve these goals what kind of routine should I do? I'm not very strong arm-wise. I can maybe bench 80 pounds. and I've lost a lot of endurance in my legs since I stopped skating regularly. I weigh 130 right now, and I'd like to lose fat, but gain weight to about 140.

Again...what kind of work outs should I be looking at to start off and how should I go on from there?
