all over im relatively muscley, slimline and athletic in appearance, but my ass lets me down, admittedly i spend more time than i should sat on it, in clothes it looks natural, maybe a little big, but ties in with my physique, but when i get naked its kindve too soft and 'booty' like, i'd love to know some easy quick techniques to tone up, i do bike riding, running and 'soccer' and step ups, and occasionally 8 minute buns haha, just wondered what are the best ways to tone up and gain a muscley ass.also about step ups, what diffence would it make the higher the inclination of the level your stepping onto?
