Descent of testicles

Ignoring Radeckl's comment, testicles actually decend in infancy. After puberty the scrotum (ballsack) may sag more, which isn't really the same thing, though it may be referred to as "balls dropping".
The scrotum is a device designed to keep the testicles at about the optimum temperature for producing sperm. This optimum temperature is a few degrees cooler than body heat. In hot weather it stretches out and you have dangly balls, to keep them cooler, further away from the body. In cold weather the scrotum shrivels and contracts to bring the testicles closer to the body. It also does the same thing when you are stressed, perhaps to pull them out of danger. Some guys, but not all, find it also happens when they are sexually excited.
Very dangly balls can be a pest, especially when running around, and may require more supportive underwear.

You're making absolutely no sense...to me.

I don't see what things horniboi has said he has done would give him the answer to the question he asked. It's a reasonable question, and even if you knew the answer at 5, Radeckl, it doesn't mean everyone else does.If pieces of knowledge A and B are usually acquired at about the same time, that doesn't mean that early acquisition of knowledge A implies the automatic possession of knowledge B.And I can't see, as you seem to imply, that sexual activity should be forsworn if one does not have a good knowledge of scrotal temperature regulation.(I'm wondering also if you are confusing horniboi with another poster.)
