Virtual- i said i had burned 2000 calories by the end of the day. not gained them...Lish- i was incorrect about which mode the body goes into, thank you for correcting me... but also on the flip side. when your body is using muscles it wont go after those, and as LTTA pointed out, i'd have to wait a week or so before going into the mode, but since i was working out and keeping my muscles active, my body would of burned the fat before the muscle.LTTA its meant to be a joke site at first, but the bottom information is accurate, i saw that website as a reference in a cosmopolitan magazine, and you dont really know if there pretty accurate estimates... hey, i've jumped out of a window before, but i think it was more than just 15 calories...and as for me being full of shit, i can show you pictures of me, before i banged, and a picture that i have while i was bangin... theres quite a noticible difference...

I don't give much of a fuck about his spelling. I'm able to read it, so whatever. I myself don't like the text typing or writting posts without any puncuation. But the one thing that really peeves me when is when someone can't keep their post organized enough to make sense.Like LTTA said, if I start seeing enough mistakes or contraditions, I start to see the lies. Of course, I'll question them first, but if they can't answer back, then I throw up the red BS flag.

This daily activity lasted around 4 months. thats 112 days. 112x200 = 22400 A pound of fat is 3500 calories So that's 7 pounds or so.However I'm inclined to believe that 4 hours of sex will burn more then 200 calories. Try it some time. I'd like to see how someone who usually only has sex for say 30 minutes(common session), does for a full 4 straight hours.I don't care how little calories something burns, do it for 4 hours straight you will burn allot of calories. Example a 190 pound male (like me =D) will burn around 71 calories walking 3MPH for 15 minutes. laughable right? Well an hour that's 281 calories and in 4 hours thats 1124 calories. If you walk 4 hours a day that's 2 pounds a week you'd lose. 2x4 = 16. So there's 16 pounds16 pounds. and to think, it started out as 71 calories, and managed to be pushed to 62944 in just a month because you did it longer.

You said so yourself that you ate "bad", so I'm assuming you weren't on a healthy diet. So, all those numbers don't mean squat.And even if you were dieting, walking is more of a legit exercise than sex.

Male, age 17, weight 235, height 5'10, lvl of activity Moderate.fill it out, in all honesty, bodies are amazing, they burn calories doing the simplist things, and seriously its not OUTRAGEOUS to think that having sex consistently on a daily bases, for a few hours a day, might help to promote weight loss,it might not of been the ONLY thing that you were doing to burn calories, but it prolly pays a significant roll.you burn more calories having sex than you do on the couch watching t.v. and i agree with you, unless ur having sex for 12 hours a day, your probably not going to lose weight from it... (maybe thats why porn stars are in such great shape)

Actually for him to be burn 3600 calories a day is fairly accurate, but you have to remember a person should not eat any less then 1500 and most eat 2000-2500 calories.And your body will eventually get use to working allot and will learn to manage calories better.And plain and simple, there numbers don't lie, 1 thing alone can shed many pounds, but over how long. If you do a exact set of things every day and burn exactly 3500 calories. in 1 year you've burn 1277500 calories. GOD Knows you can't burn exactly 3500 calories every day no matter what but bare with me. If you walk an extra 15 minutes and burn 71 calories. 71 every day for 1 year 25915 that's 7 pounds you'd lose that year alone. By doing 1 extra thing, But it'd take a long time obviously to lose those 7 pounds, but regardless it burns.So yes, it'll burn the weight, but how fast do you want it gone and how well are you gonna stick to it obvious those 71 extra calories aren't gonna be noticed, but they're there and they still help you lose weight
