hey guys, i was just searching around on the net about weight loss, weight exercises etc... and i came along this site that talked about CLA (Conjugated Linoleic Acid) it said that this acid which could be found in foods or be a supplement that could help increase metabolism, decrease belly fat etc... is this true? anyone heard of it? does it really work? it first sounded like one of those diet pills; hydroxy cut, slim-fx etc... but its said to be found in foods as well...so does it help? thanks=)

it's a well accepted product with a fair bit of evidence suggesting it's effectiveness. I took it but didn't notice any difference

I did feel I needed some post marital improvements though and for the most part thay have come from sweat and determination. I weigh less now than I did on my wedding day and over 75lbs less than when I peeked in 2002.I'm back to enjoying being naked in company

o.O whats your secrete to losing all that weight? althought i know your going to say its no secret just eat less or do lots of something. but i mean like what routines did you do a lot of? cause i go to the gym everyday now and run for about 30 minutes and then just do some weights...not sure if it really helps..i really want to lose my belly fat and shape up my pecs mostly.
