I am going down to Florida for the summer to stay with my dad and I want to lost some belly fat and some of my thighs. I know he own a treadmill, but that's about it. What should I do to help lose some of that belly fat? (I do wish to replace it with muscle)

Welcome to A2A, RockerWolf. You can't really target loss of fat from particular areas, as you can muscle gains. You have to lose it generally by exercising more and/or eating fewer calories, and then you will find you lose most from where you put most on.

Do you have any exercising tips maybe? I just don't want to waste my whole summer trying to lose some weight and it not work.I am going to run daily, do some sit ups and push ups.I am going to ditch all liquids except water. I am going to eat a whole bunch of veggies and fruit, while getting in only a piece or two of meat a day.

While water is good and all, there are lots of good liquids out there that are good for you. Milk is one of those. I tend to mainly just drink 2% milk and water (as well as Vitamin Water) with the occasional Arizona Green Tea (or two) after a round of golf and the very very occasional soda. I think you'd be better off just cutting out stuff with alcohol or much caffeine, since those tend to be the worse.

Whatever you plan should be realistic and sustainable. Meat isn't too bad if it's not fatty, and is more filling for the calories.

I have friends starting to lose weight by summer, and it always makes me laugh so much that they only worry about those three months, but the fact that and body needs to be maintained all year long. Try to watch what you eat, your activity. This will give you more long-term results.
