Good call! See what happens when I post on lack of sleep? Math skills go right out the winder.

What can you actually do?
-
200g of protein per day is a ridiculous amount, even if you're trying to put on muscle mass.
-
Not if you weigh 200lbs., it's not. Nor is it if you weight even 150.
-
Arny ate between 150-300g a day, and body building was his life. Do you really think we need that much?
-
Yes. If the goal of the person is to continuously build muscle. If the goal is to NOT build extra muscle, and they are content with how they are and their physique, then no. They will need to eat just as much as their body requires to maintain. Arny during his competition times was 235lbs. Off comp time he was more. That does coincide with at least 1g protein/pound/day. Also, people who bodybuild for a living, not to earn money, but more as their lifestyle (www.bodybuilding.com) state NUMEROUS times that 1-1.5g/lb is what one needs to consume per day. So it's not just some unintelligent drivel (not accusing you of calling it such, either).

http://www.t-nation.com OR musclewithattitude.com (women)
I use their sister site http://www.musclewithattitude.com  I've noticed pretty much only women on MWA and it's great place for support especially for females who like muscle (as it's kind of taboo apparently..I never knew that..). The guys do chip in but usually to cheer us on!
Anyway, they can get you started. Something I was told is that you should include protein in every meal you eat even your snacks. You should be eating 4-6x daily. And let me say they should be small meals not HUGE portions. If you're low on cash they can help you by telling you some cost efficient methods of getting what you need. And more importantly, they *want* to help!
Also, 15-30 minutes of exercise IS plenty if you're *just* starting out. It won't take that much to wear yourself out if you're a begginer. We *all* start somewhere. You don't just wake up one morning and decide you're going to spend 2 hours in a gym 2-6 days a week. If you can't get a gym membership and money is an issue you can use two empty 1 gallon milk containers, fill them with water (you don't have to fill them full right away) and use those as weights. If you're in college, tons of them have their own gyms. I'm not saying their great but they work. Again, if you're just starting out 15-30 minutes of cardio is better than if you did nothing at all.
