I recently discovered a little smaller than pea sized hard lump on my labia majora (outer vagina lip). At first i thought maybe a pimple, but as time goes on(week) it hasn't gone away. Only got more sore to the touch. Then i discovered another one near my anus, feeling the same as the first. And recently discovered another one on the other side of my "lips". These are sore to the touch, and itchy. I have been with a steady partner for over a year. We do not use condoms, but know eachother's sexual history and are completly faithful to one another. He recently about 2-3 weeks ago brought home a silicon lube. We have had sex roughly 3-4 times using this product. Im concerned wether this is a type of std...(ugh!! herpes???) or maybe these are lumps from a blocked gland caused by this new lube he wanted to try...any one have any thoughts?
Really the only way to know is to go to the doctor. Herpes can be passed even without outbreaks, so it is a real possibility. PLUS, you can have the virus for many years before you have an outbreak, so it is hard to say where it came from if you have had more than one partner. It is a possibility that you are reacting to the new lube too.Sorry I can't be of more help.
