So i had sex with my girlfriend for the first time tonight. She's bleeding quite a bit so we're both slightly worried about that, but i am so scaredabout everything including the chance of pregnancy.I used a condom before entering her, and came in the condom. I took it off after completely being out of her...there was alot of blood on the condom so i didnt check for tears or anything.is there ANY chance at all something could have gone wrong or am i genuinly being paranoid?

First things first; congratulations on thinking with the head on your shoulders and not the head in your pants, and using a condom.Bleeding is generally expected when a woman loses her virginity. Some women bleed a tiny bit, some women bleed an immense amount and some don't bleed but bleed next time. It's completely random. From what you've said, it sounds completely normal. When it comes to pregnancy, it also depends on the condoms you use. Durex for instance are very good, are are other namedbrands. It's always better to be paranoid than ignorant. If you want to avoid this kind of worry in the future, and keep your mind at ease, don't come inside of her without using an additional contraceptive (such as the pill) and try and time the time you have sex NOT around the time when she'll be ovulating (which is, again, different for every woman, however it tends to be about 2 weeks after her period) and use the loo before you have sex so any sperm gathered in your uthera from a previous orgasm in the past 24 hours or so are washed out.I really wouldn't worry though, from what you've said it sounds unlikely that she'd be pregnant.

thank you for the reply.Yeah we used a durex one.We have no reason to think anything went wrong, bar she was scared about the bleeding as didn't expect this amount of bleeding so then everything started going through our heads... All possibilities that coulda gone wrong. Nightmare!I appreciate the reply though.
