First off let me start with thanking WHOEVER for this site...it has REALLY helped me in my times of need and I am grateful for it having been started.About a year ago I began to notice that I had trouble stretching my foreskin and that it began to smell (down there...) and of course I had questions about all that, plus the bumps and I found everything I needed to know right here. I followed all the advice given here and have come a LONG way! But still I have some questions.I am able to retract my foreskin down the shaft and over the head...however when it comes to going back up I find that it gets stuck and i have to use two hands to pull and stretch it over. When I am lubricated with vaseline/oil I'm fine cuz it glides over...is this normal? Shouldn't I have some natural lube to help that?I am looking into getting the steroid cream...who should I speak to? I have a dermatologist and I feel like they are the right person to speak to regarding a prescription or should I go to my family doctor...?Thanks for the help! To anyone that is new and has any questions I'd be willing to answer any concerns that I myself may have encountered! Glad to help! You can send me a PM.

Thanks for the welcome!
It`s not about the pain (it is there at times), but sometimes the situation occurs when I`m taking a leak, when I`m erect and I pull the foreskin back I don`t want to have to fumble trying to get the skin over the head...

Back to the question regarding the cream...do you think I should ask my dermatologist? or my family doctor?
I would feel more comfortable with the dermatologist only because he's a guy and I don't see him as often.
Thanks!

Either one would be fine.
