Hey guys, Ive got this...best word to describe it as a giant zit with puss filled(not leaking)area in between my penis and anus on like a flap on fat. Its recurring, Ive had it a few times in the past few years it goes away after like a week I allways thought it was a giant zit from not taking enuff showers and cleaning well enuff,I dont take many showers and that is a really dirty area but its got me worried if its something more then a zit like herpes or a STD,its not on my anus or penis.I have had unprotected anal sex before (like 4-5 years ago lol).

Welcome to A2A Austin. That is an great questionIt is hard to say exactly what you have, but I had a something like that, when I was younger. I played a lot of sports back then and finely went to the doctor about it. I had happened like several times about every 3-4 months, I would get it. Anyway. The doctor looked at it, lanced it open to let the puss out and said it was an severely ingrown hair. He said when I walked that little loose aera of skin, between my ass hole and my balls was rubbing as my legs moved. he said the skin surface would become tough from the friction, hence not letting the hair that was there grow and sometimes it would turn into thins painful ginormous zonker of a zit. It has gotten better for me over the years as I'm not as active as once was,but I also keep the area shaved so the hair won't break from the friction and have trouble pushing thru the skinI suggest having your doctor look at it if it continues, but in the meantime you could always pick up some Nexcare small waterproof bandages at walgreens or the store. make sure you get the waterproof ones. take a bath or shower and clean that area well. dry the area well and put at bandage over the zit like thing. the bandages are like a clear almost piece of skin. the bandage will protect the area from the friction of walking allowing it to heal and the swelling will go down. you can take a shower and do everything else with it on. they stay on really well. I would usually leave it on for 4-5 days or until it reseeds. when it seems like it's better, take the bandage off while in the bath or shower as it attaches to your skin really really really well. Good luck with that and like I said, if it continues, have your family doctor look at it... It's not that embarrasing to do. That what doctors are for..
