How do you find the motivation to get out there and exersize and eat right?Last year I was really motivated, lost about 8 or 9 kgs and felt really good about it. Now I'm pretty much back where I started and am feeling really bumbed about it, it took alot of hard work and determination to loose yet it seems like it crept back on pretty easy.I'm not over weight but I know that I look and feel alot better when I'm atleast 5kgs lighter then I am now (aparently loosing the 8-9kgs was bordering on "too thin").I just wanna give a shit enough to start looking after myself properly again, it just seems like all that hard work was for nothing so it's really hard to find the motivation to change.

For me, it was a chore when I began working out about 8 months ago. My only real tip is this:Make a schedule and never skip a day. Once you get into the routine of going, you'll enjoy it. Your body will respond positively, and you'll feel great. I go to the gym 5 times a week now, and I don't find it a chore to do anymore. With eating, I just try to avoid places such as fast food places, and don't buy pop or anything. Other than that, I'm not a big help in that aspect.

Football.Girls.Football.Girls.Football.And more girls.Seriously, you have to find inside you what you are working toward, beyond the idea of weighing less and being 'healthier' I workout for artificial reasons perhaps, but I don't care if I'm healthy I just want to look good and be strong. It works for me. If you have something that you want bad enough you will go out and get it.

He's not back till mid January now which is probably partly why I have gained weight, I'm just been very down about not being able to be together and then I like to eat bad things. Sometimes a little competition is a good thing, so talk to a friend and set up a bet or at least work out together. I've tryed, my friends like to work out alone and listen to their ipod....by bf would work out with me if he were here....And anything not fancy is ideal, I'm a poor uni student and can't really aford a gym membership or anything, I've stuffed my rollerblade so now they're abit unsafe....I don't drink soft drink or fast food or anything, I think it's the results of a muffin or chips or chocolate everytime I feel lonely or bord. When I'm happy I don't even want to eat crap. It's really helpful to hear back from people like this, I need to get off my ass.
