So I have decided it is time to confront my sleeping problem and get it out of the way and learn how to deal with it. I was 45 mintues late for work today and trust me... that wasn't the first time. Anyways, 2 years ago I was diagnosed as having Advanced Sleeping Disorder. They gave me meds, but they don't really work.
Basically, it is hard for me to go to sleep, and when I sleep it is a very, very deep sleep. I can set 3 alarms and I won't hear them. My mom has told me that she has talked to me in my sleep and I had no recollection of that happening.

So here is my goal:**
1. Be able to wake up whenever I want to.
2. Being able to go to sleep when I want to.
Has anyone else had success achieving these two goals after struggling with sleeping?
